#### Path of the Retriever

The Perks of the Job

- 0. **Contractual Obligation** (Agree to retrieve 5 crystals for the Benefactor): You have access to the Benefactor's resources through your handler, Blavin Blandfoot.

- 1. **An Auspicious Start** (Retrieve 1 crystal): You gain a team of rivals: the Retrieval Team 70 gophers. If you don't have a 2 dice skill yet, gain one of your choosing.

- 2. **Two In The Hand** (Retrieve 2 crystals): Two in the hand are technically worth four in the bush. That's the going exchange rate, anyway. Gain one 2 dice skill of your choosing.

- 3. **The Triple Lindy** (Retrieve 3 crystals): "Is that hard?" "It's impossible." Turn any 2 dice skill into a 3 dice skill.

- 4. **Pareto Roll** (Retrieve 4 crystals): A mere 20% of resources drive 80% of the outcomes. What does that have to do with crystals? I don't know, but you have 80% of them now. From now on, you can spend 1 xp to reroll any 1 die.

- 5. **HOT TUB PARTY** (Retrieve 5 crystals): You win a visit to the Benefactor's mansion, including dinner and a dip in the hot tub!
