add question re. creativity

Actually there was a book that has helped me
but I've forgotten its title. Something about "how
to manage your creative energy so you don't get
overwhelmed."

<p>I admit I don't know much about creativity so I am curious about books that
talk about it. One of them is "The philosophy of creativity", edited by Elliot
Samuel Paul. Another is "Silences", written by Tillie Olsen.
