remove link to Kiva

Why is that?

Well, Lord Jesus Christ tells me to lend
without expecting repayment. But Kiva
advertises a repayment rate of more than
90%. Something seems a bit off if I continue
to lend through Kiva. Maybe I can send my
money elsewhere.
