Rewrote almost everything
...
* Removed different command naming options to simplify maintenance
* Renamed "init" command to "initialize"
* Simplified condition checking
* Made numbering more human by starting at 1 instead of 0
* Used path procedures instead of haphazardly stringing things together
* Adjusted README according to the new changes
* Moved init.rkt into utils.rkt
* Added new messages
* Edited existing messages
