My project is to do a fortune telling program based on the CardCaptor Sakura Anime... The anime had magical cards that the protaginists could use to harness various natural forces and other things. They resemble Tarot cards

So there was at some point an offical fortune telling Card deck based on these Cards. Released only in Japan of course.

Someone translated the Card Dictionary into english around 2009. she went by the name Moonlit Underground
